Everyone at SA Collision Center made me feel confident this was the perfect place to get the best service possible, and they delivered. This is by far the best experience I’ve ever Had dealing with a body shop or mechanic shop when it comes to my vehicle Repairs. My service advisor Mike Sullivan went above and beyond to make sure that I was informed every step of the way he was in constant communication with me and got the job done So quickly, I Nervous that I did not have a vehicle. lol When This incident Initially occurred my husband and I were stranded in Houston, Texas Because when it flooded back in the beginning of March. We’re on our way home from Houston when I suffered a seizure and my husband pulled over To assist me yet little do we know that we were in a place that’s built to capture rainwater to prevent flooding are m other areas of Houston.. After assuring that I was OK my husband went to turn the truck around and we literally fell into a huge hole Of mud not even Aaa could get this out. After two different Aaa time equals crime to help us, We decided to go into the woods and rest because we had been up all night trying to get our truck out of the mud hole When we came back after taking a short nap in the woods, our truck was gone. Apparently, the city had had it towed because we were on government property and we did not realize it. when they did this they pulled It up a hill sideways out of a ditch damaging the suspension and causing body damage. We finally found out where our truck was. When We walked into a EXPRO COLLISION center/car dealership/body shop IT was so extra extravagantly decorated. You would think that you were in The White House lol. We were forced to leave the truck there because we were told it was not drivable so we filed the insurance claim and proceeded to try to figure out how to get back to San Antonio. My vehicle ended up staying in Houston for two months and they didn’t even finish the r repairs, they were taking forever to repair a huge dent on the back passenger side, which I told him which I finally told them just to forget about because I needed my vehicle. You would think by the way that the place looked that they would’ve done it lan excellent job, but don’t always judge a book cover. I am here to Confirm that CALIBER COLLISION @ 5 055 Wurzbach Rd. San Antonio, TX 78238 is the best shop I’ve ever been to. Mike made sure that my vehicle was done in a timely efficient manner.He was kind, respectful, Communicative and they did a great job on repairs the body work, my vehicle did not receive in Houston. The Receptionist, Stephanie Also has excellent customer service skills and was very friendly and helpful. It’s hard enough to find Even one employee with work ethics of this caliber. As for Mike, he is the top dog And Stephanie Is a close second !!!!! CALIBER COLLISION you are lucky to have them if it were me I will give them a raise. They deserve it if I could give them 10 stars I would do it, but I can ONLYguve you five. Again, thank you so much Mike for making this such an easy and pleasant experience. Within 3 days of purchasing my Toyota Rav4 someone rearended me while stopped. I found SACC through Toyota and just so happen my insurance company uses them as well. -My truck was ready when promised.-Body work looks totally professional.-Matt was extremely professional.-There was confusion about the final price, since State Farm sent me their share of the costs instead of sending it directly to San Antonio Collision. Final price was computed correctly within 5 minutes.- inside of truck was unkempt. The shop moved personal items from door storage and left them on the front seat.-Google maps has difficulty finding this shop and sent me to 4 other repair shops before I called San Antonio Collision, and just entered street address. Don't expect to get good directions if you enter their name before the street address. Google maps will just send you to all Collision shops in San Antonio.

January 2026I had San Antonio Collision do the work on my Toyota RAV4. They did a fantastic job and high marks to Matt (Estimator) and Carrie (Front Desk), and the technician that did the work. The work I had was replacing the rear hinges because the previous hinges had either cracks or were bent.They took the car in on the schedule date. Completed the work within the estimated time window and returned the car thoroughly cleaned. I can't give this company enough praise about the kind of work that they produce.I definitely recommend them for any work within their areas of expertise.December 2025I was referred to this place by a Service Advisor who works at a local Toyota dealership in the San Antonio area.In any event, I needed a repair shop that had master technicians on staff for Toyota. Why? The 2020 RAV4 that I own started developing issues with the rear door being able to close normally, and with a good seal. The Toyota dealership had replaced the rear door struts, which helped the door close more easily, but seal did not look good, and upon a closer review one could see the door was out of alignment, and further inspection found that the door hinges were actually cracked.I wanted a business that had certified technicians on staff that could diagnose the issue, and complete the repairs. To me the faulty hinges appear to be a manufacturer defect, as I have NEVER seen hinges crack on any car, but Toyota has not accepted this outcome just yet, and so all repair costs are absorbed by the owner.I called and found it was easy to schedule an appointment time to get an estimate. I arrived early and upon arriving, I was greeted by a young lady named Carrie, who was both professional and very customer service-oriented. She had me complete some basic customer paperwork, and then I waited for my appointment time and estimator.Note, I can say that upon entry into the customer waiting area you will see the number of certifications this shop has on the wall.Matt is the estimator that was assigned to my case. He introduced himself and we went over the concerns that I had about the rear door, and the outcome that I was looking for. I also advised that I'd be paying this out-of-pocket.The team at San Antonio Collision came back with a fair estimate of what it would take to complete the work. They provided a detailed breakdown, and after a quick review of the part's, labor, and time involved, I had them begin a repair order to start the work.As of this writing, I am waiting on the parts to be ordered and the work to begin. I have no doubt that they will meet, not only at my high standards of workmanship, but their own internal standards.I look forward to seeing the finished product and we'll come back and update this review upon the completion of the work.At this point in time, I don't see any reason why not to recommend them as my experience so thus far matches what I've heard about their business, and the people who've worked there.

Lifetime/Limited Warranty

San Antonio Collision Center offers a lifetime/limited warranty to all our customers whose motor vehicle has been repaired at our facility for as long as they own their vehicle. You can view some of our work on our photo gallery page.

No Insurance Required

Due to our low cost of repairs outweighing high deductibles, customers tend to pay out of pocket. If you are in a minor collision, it is often easier to pay for the repairs at our collision center and keep your insurance company uninvolved.

Rental

For your convenience, here at San Antonio Collision Center, we coordinate with Hertz (9559 Airport Blvd, San Antonio, TX 78216) and Enterprise (2230 NE Interstate 410 Loop, San Antonio, TX 78217) to pick you up from our facility and shuttle you to their office to complete your rental reservation.

USAA STARS Facility

San Antonio Collision Center is proud to be a USAA approved collision repair facility in San Antonio, Texas. USAA has selected San Antonio Collision Center to participate in the STARS program based on our reputation for quality repairs and exceptional service. USAA collision repair facilities must follow specific criteria and must be committed to following high expectations. If you are going through USAA for your collision repair claim, you can notify your adjuster that you would like to get the initial inspection done at San Antonio Collision Center and they will send all your information to our USAA service advisor to begin the process. Once you come in for the initial inspection, we will send the initial estimate to USAA and wait for their approval. Once we get the approval from USAA, we can proceed to setting an appointment to drop off your vehicle for repairs.

OEConnection Certified

San Antonio Collision Center is proud to be OEConnection Certified collision center. This certification proves that we are one of the absolute best auto body shops around as it is not easy to obtain. Only one in ten shops are able to meet the standards for this certification, so you’re in good hands. For a shop to obtain/keep this certification, it must meet the strict requirements established by the auto manufacturers (Nissan, Infiniti, Jeep, Chrysler, Fiat, Dodge , Ram, Kia, and Hyundai) as well as pass an annual on-site inspection audit to ensure we have all the proper tools, equipment, and training. We are proven to have the tools, training, and facilities to work on these vehicles and this certification proves it.

San Antonio Collision Center is proud to be in the 10% of all collision repair centers in the United States to be an I-CAR Gold Certified Collision Center. What does it mean to be an I-CAR Gold Certified Collision Center? This means that by choosing San Antonio Collision Center, you are choosing highly trained technicians who are up to date on all new training. This also allows us to offer Honda certified collision repair and Acura certified collision repair facility as part of the Profirst Honda/Acura program. Only those shops who are actively being trained annually can keep this certification ,however, shops that lapse in their training can lose their certification. The Gold Class® recognition is the highest role-relevant training achievement recognized by in the collision repair industry. Storage & Administrative Fees

We do not charge storage or administrative fees while we are actively evaluating your vehicle’s damage however, if you decline repairs or your vehicle is determined to be a total loss, storage and administrative fees will apply. These fees are the responsibility of either your insurance company or you, depending on your coverage and claim. If your vehicle is declared a total loss and you have collision coverage, your insurance company will often pay the storage fees necessary to move the vehicle to another facility or their salvage yard. Any unpaid balance not covered by your insurance remains the customer’s responsibility. If you do not have insurance and leave your vehicle at our shop without authorizing repairs, you are responsible for all applicable daily storage fees. Unpaid balances may result in a mechanic’s lien being placed on your vehicle, as permitted by applicable law.
